4. Definition of MAP (Mediterranean Action Plan) for the implementation of priority scenarios
- Definition of the phases for the implementation of priority scenarios (short, medium, and long term), dedicating particular attention to the interaction of actors concerning legal, technical and financial requirements
- Identification of critical paths for scenario implementation, highlighting critical decision issues and interdependencies between activities - Elaboration of a common policy for the MED area to support the joint aspects of the PSs. This task will result in the signature of a common memorandum of understanding by the involved stakeholders
- Definition of roles and responsibilities for the implementation of the activities
- Institutional profile for carrying forward common themes and strategies beyond the end of the DEVELOP-MED project - Draft of the MAP as final report on the developed Road Map
